Role:
As a Service Manager, Amrish oversees the community participation support services provided to our NDIS participants. He maintains liaison with the participants and their stakeholders to ensure best quality of services are provided to the participants. He also makes sure that all our SIL participants get appropriate support by making sure they are provided with any amenities and accessories they may require. He assists new SIL participants transition into our services by setting up the SIL house / their room to their liking.
Expertise
Amrish is a people’s person and his strength lies in trouble shooting, coordinating activities and organising things. He utilises his strengths to ensure that best possible services are provided to the participants whether it may be our SIL house, in their own homes or in community. He also efficiently manages the staff rosters for community participation activities.
