Manish Patel, as the Quality Manager is responsible for quality of services provided to our participants. His major responsibility is to ensure that company’s policies & procedures are up to date at all times and to develop checks and balances to ensure that each and every department works efficiently as a well-oiled machine to deliver desired outcomes for our participants.
Expertise:
Manish Patel brings to Expert Care Services more than 20 years of varied experience in different sectors of social work in Australia and overseas. He has served in an Industry, a Hospital, local NGOs, an international NGO and Government Agencies in India, working towards well-being of various vulnerable groups of the society like industrial workers, hospital patients and their families, rural population, persons with disabilities, children having neurodevelopmental disorders and their parents, commercial sex workers, persons living with or those prone to develop HIV / AIDS, low-income groups etc. He has ample experience in the fields of health, hygiene and sanitation, disability, health and income generation activities. In Australia, Manish has worked within the Community Development sector and has worked specifically in disability sector as a Local Area Coordinator for 3 years in LAC program of Uniting in partnership with NDIS.

Manish has attained his post graduate degree in Masters of Social Work (MSW) from The M.S.University of Baroda, Vadodara, Gujarat, India in the year 1998 after graduating as a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) from the same university. He has completed his post graduate diploma in “Diploma of Labour Law Practice” (DLP) from the same university and has done Certificate in Disaster Management (CDM) from the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Delhi, India. He has also completed his Diploma of Counselling with TAFE in Australia along with many short courses in social & community sector.
