Role:
Ramandeep (also known as Raman) is one of the Service Managers for Expert Care Services. Raman looks after one cluster of SIL houses supporting 5 to 6 participants. She is responsible for overlooking the complete care of participants in her cluster of SIL houses. This includes rostering and training staff at ground level, liaison with all stakeholders of the participants, day to day care of the participants as dictated by their NDIS plans and ensuring health and wellbeing of the participants.
Expertise:
Raman has more than 7 years of professional experience as a nurse in India. In her short tenure of 1.5 years with Expert Care Services, owing to her hard work, dedication, ability to adapt to changes and thinking on her toes, Raman has moved up in the organisation from Support Worker to Team Leader and now a Service Manager. She is a highly valued team member who works compassionately to support our participants as well as our staff members.
